The Governance module provides additional features for visibility and control within the Service Automation and Provisioning modules. It does not apply to the Access Management module.

HelloID Governance is currently in a limited pilot phase. The module will be generally available from January 2025.

Use our pricing calculator to estimate the cost for your organisation. For 2025, you will only be charged 50% of the full price, as not all features will be available during the initial launch. However, you can already benefit from the early capabilities the module provides.

From 2026 onwards, the price will be 100%, aligning with the pricing of HelloID Provisioning. By then, the module will offer a much broader set of features.
Thanks to our monthly updates, you will continuously benefit from the latest developments and improvements in Governance functionality.

No, the Governance module is offered as a combined add-on for both Provisioning and Service Automation. It is licensed under a single price, regardless of whether one or both modules are active in your HelloID portal.

No, we will continue to release new features under the regular Provisioning and Service Automation licences. Our product owners will evaluate each roadmap item to determine whether it serves a broader audience. Based on that, it will be assigned to either the core licence or the Governance module. The roadmap will clearly indicate for each feature whether a Governance licence is required.
